Our Coastline Variety Pack Includes:
- Central Coast: Pinot Noir - Two (2) Bottles
- Central Coast: Chardonnay - Two (2) Bottles
California’s Central Coast is dynamic, as climate, topography, and soil types vary throughout the coastline. Coastal vineyards experience marine micro-climates that offer an extended growing season. The warm days & a coastal afternoon breeze make this a truly unique & desirable region.
Pacific Ocean winds, funneled into the vineyard areas by a series of important valleys and mountain gaps throughout the region; the cool climate of California’s Central Coast is excellently suited for both Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Soils range in depth and fertility across the Central Coast AVA, with the more mountainous soil types being more suited to quality.
Chardonnay - A 50/50 blend from our vineyards planted the Santa Maria Valley and Santa Cruz Mountains. The fruit shows through with candied lemon rind and Gala apple on the approachable, familiar nose. You’ll notice an exciting touch of zip to the palate, where lime cream and salted citrus flavors arise. Sleek acidity adds to a vibrant finish.
Pinot Noir - Artfully crafted, this Central Coast Pinot Noir is a 50/50 blend comprised of grapes from the Santa Cruz Mountains and Santa Lucia Highlands. Standout flavors and aromas of cranberry and cherry with subtle spice are followed by a soft, elegant finish.
